WHO ARE WE

We created the Wandering Girls in 2016 with hopes of providing support and advice for all women new to planning their own adventures. We know that travel bug all too well but also the worries that accompany women wanting to travel alone. As women in their mid-twenties, we've thoroughly traveled Italy and Greece (among many other places) and are very aware of the concerns such as safety, budgeting, and the difficulty of organizing a detailed adventure. We know that you don't always have the money to book your journey through an expensive travel agency, or the desire to spend an entire week at an all-inclusive resort. That's why we're here to help! From planning your itinerary, gathering transit information, or booking accommodations, we're here to encourage you to follow your heart and inspire confidence in your travel-self.

As female travel enthusiasts, friends and former archaeology students, we have had the opportunity of visiting many countries and planning many trips. From North America to Europe, Africa and Southeast Asia, we have been able to experience many different cultures and traditions first hand. Now we want to offer our advice and support to any woman who wants to follow their wandering heart.
